Refund Policy

At Ben BD, every artwork, print, and creation is prepared with great care and passion. Each piece tells a story, yet we understand that sometimes an artwork might not immediately find its place. In accordance with European law, you have a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of your order to request a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Original artworks, unique pieces, or customized items (signed, numbered, framed upon request, etc.) cannot be refunded, except in cases of proven damage upon delivery. Before returning any item, please contact mail@benvanderick.com, stating your order number and the reason for your request. Once your request has been approved, detailed return instructions will be provided. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part or a damaged item received. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 7 to 10 business days. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of both the product and its packaging. We are committed to providing an appropriate solution — replacement, repair, or refund.
