Orders are generally processed within 3 to 7 business days following payment confirmation. For original artworks requiring specific packaging, framing, or handling, additional preparation time may be necessary. Customers will be informed of any possible delay. Shipments are made through recognized carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or Bpost, depending on the destination and the nature of the artwork. Estimated delivery times are as follows: Belgium: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch; Europe: 4 to 10 business days after dispatch; International: 7 to 21 business days after dispatch. These timeframes are provided for reference only and may vary depending on customs procedures or carrier logistics. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the order. For large or high-value artworks, specific packaging and insured transport may be required. In such cases, a personalized quote will be provided to the customer before order confirmation. For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and remain the sole responsibility of the customer. The Website cannot be held liable for additional costs, delays, or import restrictions imposed by the authorities of the destination country. Each artwork is packaged using professional-grade materials designed to provide optimal protection against shocks, humidity, and transport risks. All shipments include a tracking number, and original artworks are shipped with transport insurance covering loss or damage up to the declared value of the artwork. In the event of loss, damage, or delay attributable to the carrier, the customer must notify the Website within 48 hours of receiving (or failing to receive) the parcel, providing supporting documentation such as photos or tracking information. The Website will assist the customer in initiating a claim with the carrier. In cases of force majeure, including strikes, natural disasters, or global health crises, shipping times may be extended without the Website being held responsible.
